Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) in Rwanda
A comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System provides complete and seamless integration of all the core functions in an enterprise. An ERP Software also acts as a powerful tool for monitoring all the intermediate stages in a business process. Any non-conformity/deviation from the approved process is reported immediately in real-time and enables rectification before it has a cascading effect on the subsequent stages.
ERP Systems have benefited many enterprises in Rwanda, by eliminating data duplication errors, as all the transactional data is being securely saved in a single database and the same data is being used and transacted upon by everyone in the organization. Thus a Business Automation Software like an ERP System is certainly a necessity in any economy, especially one which is rapidly emerging, as it helps eliminate all the challenges and provide multiple benefits to enhance efficiency, productivity and competitiveness of an enterprise.
